Terms of Service

MRMT is an educational platform, and all information is for educational purposes only. We are not financial advisors and encourage you to trade at your own risk and always use Proper Risk Management.

Nothing on the site, in a live session, in a recording, in a trade breakdown, in a community post, or in a message from the Crew is an offer to buy or sell a security, a recommendation tailored to you, or a promise of profit. Markets can and do lose money. Past results shown by the Crew or by a member are not a prediction of your results. You are responsible for your own orders, position size, and risk.

MRMT is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or futures commission merchant. We do not place trades for you, hold your brokerage account, or custody your funds.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must provide a real name, a working email address, and a phone number you can be reached on. One person, one account. You may not share a login or let someone else attend a paid session on your credentials.

We may refuse a registration, or close an account, when information is false, when payment is not completed, or when these terms are broken.

You are responsible for the password and for activity under your account. Sign out on a shared computer. Tell us promptly at crew@mrmtradingcrew.com if you believe someone else is using the account.

Signing in keeps you in the portal on this browser until you sign out. A new tab or a later visit uses that stored session. The optional cookie notice does not control whether you stay signed in.

Creating an account is free. Paid memberships, upgrades, and one-time enrollment fees are offered inside the student portal and are charged by Stripe. The price, billing interval, and what a tier includes are shown before you pay. A monthly plan has no long-term contract and can be cancelled.

All sales are final. We do not refund enrollment fees or membership charges already paid, including when you cancel, when you stop attending, or when a market result differs from what you hoped. Cancelling a monthly membership stops the next charge and ends portal access for that paid plan. It does not return money already collected.

If a payment fails, we notify you and our billing team and the card is retried. If the balance stays unpaid past the grace period, or the account is paused or cancelled, the student portal locks until the account is in good standing. You can still reach billing and support while locked. You are not asked to create a new account to resolve it.

MRMT Fast Track is offered through the Crew’s Circle community. The price and checkout for that offer are shown on Circle. These terms still cover your use of mrmtrading.org and any Crew education you receive.

Use the portal for your own education. Do not harass, threaten, or exploit another member or a member of staff. Do not post or send content that is illegal, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that tries to obtain another person’s login, payment information, or private journal.

Do not copy, resell, record for redistribution, or publicly repost live sessions, course material, trade breakdowns, or other Crew materials except where we have given written permission. A personal recording for your own study, kept private, is allowed.

Do not probe, disrupt, or overload the site, and do not attempt to reach another member’s account or the staff back office.

You keep ownership of journal entries, screenshots, profile details, and messages you submit. You give MRMT a limited license to host, display back to you, and store that material so the portal can function, and to review it when you ask for support. We do not publish your journal or screenshots to other members.

The site, crest, curriculum, class recordings, and written materials are owned by MRMT or its licensors. Your membership is a personal, non-transferable license to use them while your account is in good standing. That license ends when the account is closed or the portal is locked for nonpayment.

Live session times are published in the portal and are kept in Central Time. We may reschedule a session, replace a recording, or change a curriculum. A rescheduled class is not a billing error and is not grounds for a refund.

The site can be unavailable during maintenance or an outage. We will restore it as quickly as we reasonably can. Class reminders depend on this browser staying open and on the notification permission you grant the browser. They are a convenience, not a guarantee that you will be alerted.

The site and the education are provided as available. Except where the law does not allow a disclaimer, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that a session, recording, or strategy will be uninterrupted, error-free, or profitable.

To the fullest extent the law allows, MRMT and its founders, staff, and contractors are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Crew or from a trade you place after viewing educational material. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid membership is limited to the amount you paid MRMT for that membership in the three months before the claim.

Some states do not allow certain limitations. In those states, the limitations apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for injury the law does not allow us to limit.

Bring a concern about billing, access, or these terms to the Crew first, at crew@mrmtradingcrew.com or through portal support, and give us a reasonable chance to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MRMT Enterprises LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms by posting the new version at mrmtrading.org/terms. The effective date at the top will change. If you keep using a paid membership after the new date, the updated terms apply to that continued use. If you do not agree, cancel before the next charge.
