Privacy Policy

This policy applies to mrmtrading.org, the student portal, the staff back office, and messages we send about your membership. It covers visitors, people who create an account, and paying members.

Offers that open on another site, including the Circle community for MRMT Fast Track, Discord, Calendly, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, are run by those services once you leave mrmtrading.org. Their privacy notices govern what they collect there.

Account details you give us: name, email address, phone number, and a password. If you add them, we also store a profile photo, a short bio, and trading-background notes you type into your profile.

Membership and learning records: the plan you choose, enrollment status, class attendance context, course progress, journal entries, screenshots you upload, documents you submit, and support messages you send the Crew.

Billing records: Stripe processes card and bank payments. We receive payment status, amounts, invoices, and the last status of a subscription. We do not store your full card number or card security code on our servers.

Technical data needed to run the site: browser type, approximate time of a request, and security logs when a sign-in fails or an account is locked. Class reminders you turn on stay in this browser. They are not sent to our servers.

We use this information to create and secure your account, show the portal you are entitled to, take and reconcile payments, remind you about classes you asked to be notified about, answer support requests, and keep the educational record of your membership.

We also use it to detect abuse, investigate a disputed charge, meet tax and accounting duties, and tell you about a change to these terms, your billing, or access to the Crew.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information.

After you sign in, the portal keeps the session in this browser’s local storage. Every tab on this browser can restore that session. It stays until you choose Sign out, or until the sign-in expires under our authentication provider’s limits. Closing the tab does not sign you out.

A separate, optional first-party preference records whether you allowed or dismissed the session-cookie notice. That preference is not required to sign in. Choosing “Not now” does not end your session and does not block the portal.

We do not set advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies on mrmtrading.org. If you use class reminders, the reminder schedule and the browser’s notification permission stay on your device.

Staff who operate the Crew can see the member record they need for admissions, coaching, billing, and support. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Service providers process data only to run the product: Supabase hosts authentication and the membership database; Stripe processes payments; Go High Level holds the customer relationship record used for enrollment and messaging; Courier delivers operational email and text messages about your account. Each provider is limited to that job.

We share information when the law requires it, when we are defending a legal claim, or during a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy still describes how the information is used.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You can review and correct your name, phone, photo, and bio in the portal profile. You can sign out on any device you control, which removes the stored session from that browser. You can dismiss or allow the cookie notice without affecting sign-in. You can turn class reminders off in the portal; that clears the reminder stored on that device.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete the account. Email crew@mrmtradingcrew.com from the address on the account, or open a support request inside the portal. We will complete a deletion request unless we must keep a record for an unpaid balance, a charge dispute, fraud prevention, or a tax or accounting duty. Billing records we are required to keep are retained for that purpose and then deleted or de-identified.

If you are a California resident, you may request access, correction, or deletion, and you may appeal a denial of a request by replying to our decision. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act.

We keep account and membership information while your account is open and for a short period afterward so we can resolve a billing question or restore an account you ask us to reopen.

Payment records are kept for the period required for accounting, tax, and charge disputes. Support messages are kept while they are needed to finish the request and for a reasonable archive of that conversation.

The session in local storage stays on your device until you sign out or you clear site data. The optional preference cookie lasts up to one year unless you change it sooner.

The Crew is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, email crew@mrmtradingcrew.com and we will close it and delete the associated personal information.

The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not stored in the portal as plain text. Access to the back office is limited to staff accounts. No method of storage or transmission is perfect; if we learn of a breach that creates a real risk to you, we will notify you as required by law.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version at mrmtrading.org/privacy and update the effective date. If a change materially expands how we use information we already hold, we will also tell signed-in members by email or an in-portal notice before that change applies.
